Der Versand bei Neverwatch ist immer kostenfrei. Dies gilt ebenfalls für internationalen und interkontinentalen Versand bspw. nach Österreich oder in die Schweiz.

Unter https://neverwatch-store.de/account können Sie jederzeit den Versandstatus einsehen.

Die Versanddauer beträgt i.d.R. zwischen 10 und 30 Werktagen. Da die Fakturierung von den örtlichen Gegebenheiten beeinflusst werden kann und u.U. von internationalen Feiertagen verzögert werden kann, kann es in Ausnahmefällen auch länger dauern.

Sollte Ihre Ware nach 30 Tagen nicht bei Ihnen eingetroffen sein, wenden Sie sich bitte an support@neverwatch.de.

Bei Waren aus Übersee kann es in seltenen Fällen vorkommen, dass der Zoll die Ware vorläufig einbehält und Einfuhrzoll erhebt. In diesem Fall wenden Sie sich bitte ebenfalls an support@neverwatch.de, damit wir Ihnen den angefallenen Betrag durch einen Shop-Gutschein erstatten können.

In this case your local authorities could temporarily keep your item(s) at the toll office and demand a tax. In this case, pleas contact support@neverwatch.de to get a free shop-voucher of the same amount.
